I believe this is my first post in regards to fashion on this blog, and hopefully the start of many more. For my first post, I thought I’d start out with a brand from the UK. Founded in 2011, this is how Hype describe themselves in their own words:

HYPE. bring something new and unique to an otherwise over-crowded clothing industry. The designs are fresh, bold and offer something different from the mass produced clothing that penetrates our high streets.

Hype have brought out some really nice pieces in the short time since they formed, and their A/W Collection 2012 is no exception. Included in the collection is this 5 panel, appropriately named ‘Hawaii 5-0’, which is one of my personal favourites.

Other parts of the collection include a camo jacket, keeping with the ongoing trend. To keep your head warm this winter they have Hype beanies in a variety of colours as well as their very own Sherpa hat. A nice addition to the A/W drop is the collection of pocket tee’s on offer as well.
